I blend seasonal herbal teas grown, harvested, and dried in small batches. 

I also harvest from the non-cultivated wilder areas in my neighborhood and on Vashon Island.  When needed, I purchase organic ingredients that I haven not yet mastered growing here such as cardamom pods!

When I blend teas I include plants based on current and ancient knowledge of their medicinal and culinary properties.  I also like them to be beautiful to look at and wonderful to smell. I can’t underestimate the power of beauty to tap into our senses.   Enjoy!
