Royal Burgundy is an all around wonderful snap bush bean guaranteed to bring beauty and abundance to your garden. The purple pods taste great though the color fades when you cook them so I mostly eat them raw to keep their purple magic. This variety grows well in cooler soils so you’ll be sure to get them off to a good start in a long Northwest Spring. The flowers are deep purple as well.
