This is an old time variety grown for decades in Northwest gardens.  These round, light yellow cucumbers won me over while I was snacking and weeding one day many years ago. When picked small, lime to apple size, the flavor is mild and sweet; perfect for fresh crunching whole!  They do get tougher skin as they grow bigger so pick em quick. The plants are more bush type and less viney so they need less space.  Direct sow after soil has warmed in late Spring.
