Dark Green Parsley

This variety is the classic dark green flat leafed type. Great flavor and sturdy plants will keep you stocked in parsley all summer and fall.  I grow a new parsley seed crop every few years.  Two years ago I harvested and threshed the seed then used the chaff and plant material as mulch in the hedgerow.  I obviously didn't get all the seed becuase now I have a permanent parsley forest along the fence line that never fails to offer up a bunch when we need.  I love it.  
 
Direct sow in mid Spring or start indoors and transplant out.  Be patient as parsley is slow to germinate.
