Cinnamon Dyer's Coreopsis

$4.00Price

Coreopsis tinctoria

These are the same genus and species as traditional Dyer's Coreopsis but have been selected over time with a preference for the deep red cinnamon petal color over the yellow.  A midwest wildflower, these grow well in full sun in northwest gardens.  They attract tons of pollinators while they bloom from early July through September on 3’ tall plants.  Great for bouquets, fresh or dried in botanical dyeing projects, or watch as they sway in the wind.  Original seed from Grand Prismatic Seeds

Start seeds in early February in pots outdoors or direct seed in March.  8” Spacing.  65 days to maturity

Packet contains ~50 seeds
