This is the classic Tuscan kale perfect for raw massaged kale salads, sauteing with mushrooms and onions, and bringing that dusty green blue beauty to your garden.  I love Nero di Tuscana and was so pleased with their performance in a Dino Kale trial that I chose this varitety to grow out for seed.  The plants get big, producing an abundance of long narrow leaves.  The plants overwinter easily here in the Northwest.  The leaves get smaller as the plant gets taller so keep up on that harvest and they will keep producing longer leaves.  But the shorter ones are just as tasty.  I hope you enjoy this New for 2025 variety.
